B'Zar
www.shopbzar.com

B'Zar is a very stylish clothing store in Charleston, SC. The owner Gustavo Serrano takes the time to bring some of the most sought after styles and designer apparel to the low-country. It is difficult for me to describe the types of clothing in here because you got a good variety of urban apparel mixed with elegant evening wear and even bathing suits when the seasons call for them. Also Gustavo is a cool guy, and runs a cool store. If you do not believe me check out all the press he gets on the site's press section. Also too, he has a copy of Carl Cox's "Back to Mine" album in there, which is a must own. And he has my CD's as well.

People always wonder how I get tunes months before mainstream radio plays them or the video ever airs them on MTV. Well, Dan Miller and his crew at Dixie Sound Works treats me very well and bust their butts for me in order to get us the latest music from both major labels and indie labels. The DJs in this pool also help influence the DJ TImes Charts. Dan is a nice guy and you should definately look him up if you are interested in getting some good music.

DJ Times
www.djtimes.com
This is one of the best publications out there for the working DJ. (They have been out since 1988) This magazine has interviews not only with the big shots in the DJ game but also the guys who are doing their thing in the mobile/wedding side. Every issue is jam packed with tips how to make your shows better, and product reviews. I read it every chance I get.
